Memere's Potato & Pork Stuffing

Memere's Famous French - Potato & Pork Turkey Stuffing

As children, on Thanksgiving, we could not wait for the STUFFING!!! This is the meat & Potato Stuffing that graced our table. Any stuffing that would not fit inside the turkey was served in bowls as a light lunch while we waited for the main course.
