Peek-A-Boo Squares

I remember these being baked in the oven on Brentwood Drive. They're really delicious when made with cherry pie filling!

As children, on Thanksgiving, we could not wait for the STUFFING!!! This is the meat & Potato Stuffing that graced our table. Any stuffing that would not fit inside the turkey was served in bowls as a light lunch while we waited for the main course.

Who could resist these Triple Layer Chocolate Mint Brownies? There are three yummy layers all in one bite! The base is a rich chocolate brownie, followed be a minty frosting & topped with a thin layer of chocolate. These are definitely Memere approved.
